Today's game requires more all out speed with agility and quickness. In order to play this way you need to train this way on and off the ice. Tec Tac's Technical Director, Chuck Wight has developed SAQ training protocols for all of our programming. The day of the directional skater who fought through checks no longer exists. Today’s skater must be able to react at high speeds and adjust to the play at high speed. This goes for offensive and defensive play-evasive moves and one foot agility is prominent in today's game!
